Visiting Assistant Professor, Biology
Furman University invites applications for a 2-year visiting assistant professor (non-tenure track) position in biology, to begin August 2015.
The successful candidate must be able to teach cell biology. Other teaching responsibilities will include introductory biology for majors and non-majors, as well as biochemistry, physiology, or genetics, depending on the successful candidate’s expertise. An earned doctorate is strongly preferred; ABD candidates may be considered. Biologists whose work integrates multiple areas of biology and other disciplines are particularly encouraged to apply.
